Her experience includes working with SAP SuccessFactors and a range of ERP systems, giving her a practical understanding of how technology, people, and business processes need to work together.

Over the years, Divya has led and supported transformation and technology implementation projects across different organisations and industries. These experiences have shaped a simple belief: successful transformation begins with understanding the real problem. Divya holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems, a degree in Computer Science, and a certification in HR Analytics. With that mix, she brings together business strategy, technology, and people perspectives. Today, she leads KEON GRP, a global IT services and consulting company delivering ERP, AI-powered solutions, eCommerce, and custom software for small, medium-sized, and family-owned businesses.
